If we haven't started processing your order, you can cancel your order on the Order History page or by submitting the Guest Order Cancellation Request form.
In Order History, you'll see a Cancel button next to the View button. Select the Cancel button to cancel your order.
If you don't see a Cancel button (and your order status is labeled Processing), it means we've already started processing your order and your order is in our warehouse system to be shipped out. Unfortunately, we're unable to cancel an order once it has entered the shipping process.
You can track your order on the Order History page or from the shipping confirmation email that we sent to you when we shipped your order.

Unfortunately, we don't have a faster shipping method that's reasonably priced. For international packages, courier services (like DHL) charge us almost 3 times more than postal services.
Our goal is to keep our products affordable. The savings we get from using postal services are passed on to you.
We offer FREE shipping on everything. No minimum purchase required.
The total delivery time is 8 to 20 days.
It takes 1 to 8 days for us to process your order and 7 to 12 days for the postal services to ship your order.

We currently ship to the 48 contiguous United States only.
Our office is located in Portland, OR and our warehouse is located in Jinhua, a city in China.
We source our products from Yiwu International Trade City, so we currently store our products in China instead of the U.S.
Unfortunately, our warehouse is located in China, so your order needs to travel thousands of miles and go through several sorting facilities before getting here.
We're working towards moving our products to warehouses in the U.S., but at this time, we store our products in China. We apologize for the inconvenience.
Returns & Refunds

We'll refund you if your order:
- Hasn't arrived within 45 days of the day we shipped your order, or
- Isn't as described
We do not accept returns if you decided you no longer want the product.

Since we ship your package from our warehouse in China, we use external companies in the U.S. to help us resolve delivery issues with the USPS.
Companies we use include:
- CaiNiao (in Perth Amboy, NJ)
- Cargo Net Lax Logistics (in Carson, CA)
- CED/JWD (in Jamaica, NY)
- GDE Supply Chain (in Hacienda Heights, CA)
- Hou Wenzheng (in Hebron, KY)
Note that these companies only resolve delivery issues. Please do not return your package to these companies.

Other Questions
You can deactivate your account by sending us a request on the Account Deactivation Request page.
Before you deactivate your account, please make sure you don't have any recent orders that are still on the way to you. Deactivating your account will prevent you from accessing your recent orders.
