Overview

Our goal is to consistently deliver outstanding service. However, if something goes wrong when buying from us, you're covered by our Purchase Protection program.

Under our Purchase Protection program, we'll give you a full refund, a partial refund while you keep the item, or a replacement item instead of a refund, if:

  • Your order didn't arrive
  • We sent you the wrong product or variation
  • Your order arrived damaged

Item Not Received

We'll give you a full refund if you haven't received your order within 45 days of the day we shipped your order.

Please note that our Purchase Protection program does NOT cover the following:

  • The customer gave us the wrong address
  • USPS left a notice after an unsuccessful delivery attempt, but the customer didn't claim the package by the deadline
  • USPS was unable to deliver to the customer because they didn't have access to the mailbox or delivery location (e.g., gated community, animal interference, etc.)
  • The customer refused the package

Item Not Correct

If we sent you the wrong item, we'll give you a full refund, or a replacement item instead of a refund.

If we sent you the wrong color, design, or size (but it doesn't affect the item's function), we'll offer you a partial refund while you keep the item, or a replacement item instead of a refund.

Please submit a refund request within 15 days of delivery.

We'll take care of the return shipping by providing you with a prepaid shipping label.

Item Arrived Damaged

If your item arrived badly damaged, we'll give you a full refund, or a replacement item instead of a refund.

If your item arrived slightly damaged, we'll offer you a partial refund while you keep the item, or a replacement item instead of a refund.

Please submit a refund request within 15 days of delivery.

We'll take care of the return shipping by providing you with a prepaid shipping label.

Extraordinary Events

Please note that our Purchase Protection program does NOT apply when an extraordinary event or circumstance beyond our control occurs, such as a war, labor strike, riot, epidemic, or natural disaster.
