We'll provide either a full refund, partial refund (while you keep the item), or a replacement item.
Please note that we don't accept returns if the customer no longer wants the product, such as when they regret their purchase, change their mind, or if the product doesn't meet their personal preferences, as long as it matches the description.
For larger purchases, we recommend buying a sample first to ensure the product meets your expectations before committing to a full order.Item Not Received
If you haven't received your order within 45 days of the day it was shipped, we'll give you a full refund.
Please note that our Return Policy doesn't cover the following:
- The customer provided the wrong address
- The carrier left a notice after an unsuccessful delivery attempt, but the customer didn't claim the package by the deadline
- The carrier was unable to deliver due to restricted access to the delivery location (e.g., gated community, animal interference, etc.)
- The customer refused the package
Item Not Correct
If we sent you the wrong item, we'll give you a full refund or a replacement item instead of a refund.
If we sent the wrong color, design, or size (but it doesn't affect the item's function), we'll offer you a partial refund while you keep the item, or a replacement item instead of a refund.
Please submit a refund request within 15 days of delivery.
We'll take care of the return shipping by providing you with a prepaid shipping label.

Item Arrived Damaged
If your item arrived badly damaged, we'll give you a full refund or a replacement item instead of a refund.
If your item arrived slightly damaged, we'll offer you a partial refund while you keep the item, or a replacement item instead of a refund.

Extraordinary Events
Please note that our Return Policy doesn't apply in cases of extraordinary events or circumstances beyond our control, such as war, labor strikes, riots, epidemics, or natural disasters.
