Damages & Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, or if you've received an incorrect item, please contact us immediately with photos of the product and packaging. We're here to make it right.

Depending on the situation, we'll work closely with you to find the best resolution. This could mean sending a prompt replacement, issuing a full refund, or offering a partial refund if the item is still functional and you'd like to keep it.

Missing Packages

While we strive for prompt delivery, carrier delays can occasionally happen. If your tracking hasn't updated recently and your package is beyond its expected delivery date, please reach out to our team so we can step in.

We'll gladly investigate the status of your delivery with our shipping partners. If the carrier confirms your order is lost, we'll ensure we make things right by sending a prompt replacement or issuing a full refund.

Please note that we aren't able to cover missing packages if the shipping address provided was incorrect, if the package was left unclaimed at a carrier facility, or if the delivery was refused.
